Supply Chain Director

About the Role

We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Supply Chain Director to design and oversee our comprehensive supply chain functions. This leadership position involves managing the whole value chain, from procuring materials to ensuring delivery of high-quality finished products to clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct the entire company supply chain, including strategic procurement, integrated production planning, warehousing, logistics, and customer fulfillment to guarantee smooth delivery processes.
• Develop and maintain robust supplier relationships for essential raw materials to secure supply continuity and achieve competitive advantages.
• Engage actively in the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) cycle to align demand forecasts with production capacity, maximize inventory turnover, and improve customer service benchmarks to industry-leading levels.
• Construct a strong, cost-effective supply chain by identifying opportunities to prevent disruptions, reduce shipping and logistics costs, and minimize excess inventory.
• Lead the digital transformation of the supply chain by deploying advanced analytics, automation, and next-generation technologies throughout procurement, planning, logistics, and warehouse operations.

Desired Profile

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration or related disciplines. Advanced degrees such as MBA/MSc or certifications like CSCP or CPIM are highly valued.
• Leadership Experience: A minimum of 20 years in progressive supply chain roles, including 5-7 years in senior leadership within complex manufacturing environments.
• Operational Excellence: Proven track record in supply chain optimization, achieving cost leadership, and spearheading successful digital transformation or continuous improvement initiatives.
• Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional ability to influence and gain alignment across manufacturing, commercial, financial, and executive teams.
