Job Overview
The Supervisor role involves overseeing daily steel production processes in a manufacturing unit. The aim is to maintain smooth operations while meeting production targets, ensuring quality standards, complying with safety regulations, and adhering to delivery schedules.
Key Duties
- Manage and coordinate daily production workflows and teams in the steel unit.
- Assign tasks to operators and optimize manpower utilization effectively.
- Track production volume, assess product quality, and evaluate machinery operations.
- Ensure that output aligns with planned targets and deadlines.
- Conduct inspections of raw materials and finished goods to verify quality standards.
- Enforce adherence to safety protocols, use of personal protective equipment, and company policies among employees.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should hold any diploma or degree qualification and be aged between 18 and 30 years.
Compensation and Benefits
