Job Overview

The Supervisor/Incharge will oversee daily finishing processes within the timber production line, ensuring high-quality output and efficient workflow management at the Saharanpur facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and allocate daily finishing tasks among production workers.
• Oversee sanding, cutting, edge finishing, polishing, sizing, and surface finishing operations to maintain quality standards.
• Verify that plywood sheets conform to specified size, thickness, surface texture, and overall quality requirements.
• Inspect completed materials for defects including scratches, uneven surfaces, edge damage, cracks, or improper finishing.
• Ensure production targets are met and orders are completed on schedule.
• Collaborate closely with Production, Quality Assurance, and Store departments to streamline processes.
• Supervise manpower deployment, machine usage, and material consumption for operational efficiency.

Additional Information

Salary is INR 15,000 per month. The position is based in Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India, requiring onsite work.
