Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily construction activities on-site effectively.
- Manage workforce including laborers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless execution.
- Verify that work adheres strictly to project drawings and technical specifications.
- Monitor quality standards, enforce safety protocols, and track project schedules diligently.
- Collaborate closely with Site Engineers and Project Managers to coordinate tasks and resolve issues.
- Maintain and update daily progress reports alongside manpower utilization documents.
