About the Role

Monread Fare located in Naas is currently searching for an enthusiastic and proactive Supervisor to become part of our team. This role demands active day-to-day frontline management to ensure exceptional operational standards of the store are consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and guarantee the efficient operation of cashier staff.
  • Address and resolve customer enquiries, requests, and complaints in line with store policies.
  • Responsible for opening and closing the store premises each day.
  • Ensure staff adhere to company dress code and appearance standards.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of relevant legislation, including Health & Safety, Employment laws, and Consumer regulations, to carry out job duties proficiently.
  • Facilitate effective communication between staff and store management.
  • Deliver top-tier customer service to all patrons.
  • Support the induction, training, and ongoing development of new and existing store employees.
  • Enforce company regulations, policies, and procedures consistently.
  • Monitor and ensure punctuality and attendance of all team members.
  • Participate in any training or development sessions as prescribed by store management.
  • Uphold and embody the brand’s values, encouraging others to do the same.
  • Manage stock ordering processes.
  • Perform any additional duties assigned by store management.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar supervisory role.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively.
  • Excellent verbal communication with a solution-oriented mindset and a positive outlook.
  • Customer-centric approach with a commitment to delivering outstanding service and adeptness in handling customer concerns.
