Job description
Overview
Supermac's in Carrickmacross is seeking a full-time Supervisor to support the General Manager and help ensure the restaurant achieves or surpasses its goals. This role demands flexibility to work any shift on weekdays and weekends.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth and efficient operations during each shift.
- Collaborate closely with the Store Manager to consistently provide excellent customer service.
- Oversee daily team activities, ensuring all tasks are performed to high standards.
- Maintain complete focus on customer experience and support the team effectively.
- Lead by example through active participation and dedication to team development.
- Deliver comprehensive training to staff on all aspects of Supermac's operations.
- Manage in-store sales and promotional activities.
- Assist the Store Manager with employee relations and other management functions as needed.
Working Conditions
The environment is fast-paced and physically demanding, often requiring prolonged periods of standing due to the volume of business and staffing requirements. Adaptability and endurance are important.
