Role Overview
We are seeking a Supervisor to join our Store Management team in Aberdeen, Scotland. This role involves partnering with management to enhance customer experience and team performance in a vibrant, customer-focused retail environment that values product quality, positive atmosphere, and results-driven operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the Store Management team to achieve store objectives.
- Lead by example to foster a positive and engaging atmosphere for both customers and colleagues.
- Monitor daily sales data and apply commercial insights to make effective decisions.
- Support the ongoing growth and development of team members to meet key performance indicators, including expertise in product knowledge, customer service excellence, visual merchandising, and store operational standards.
Qualifications and Experience
- Prior experience as a Senior Sales Assistant or Supervisor in a retail setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Enthusiasm for the product and brand ethos.
- A proactive attitude with a sense of ownership and accountability.
- Commercially minded with the ability to drive sales and achieve targets.
- Adaptability and resilience when facing challenges and changes.
