Supervisor - Costa Coffee

Role Overview

As a Supervisor at Costa Coffee located in Winchester Services, M3, Shroner Wood, Winchester SO21 1PP, you will serve as a crucial support to the Store Manager, leading teams and ensuring smooth daily operations. This role requires passion for delivering high-quality specialty coffee and beverages while maintaining exceptional customer service standards in one of the UK’s favourite coffee shop brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead shifts confidently, managing operations effectively during peak times.

• Uphold rigorous food safety, health and safety, and compliance protocols consistently.
• Analyze performance metrics regularly and implement measures to enhance service and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience in roles such as Shift Manager, Team Leader, Supervisor or Duty Manager, preferably in retail, hospitality, catering, or customer service sectors.
• A genuine enthusiasm for creating memorable customer experiences.
• Strong communication skills and decisiveness under pressure.
• The ability to work independently, exercising sound judgment.

• Annual salary of £30,000 based on a 40-hour workweek.
