Job description
Role Overview
As a Supervisor at KIKO Milano in Dublin, you act as a brand ambassador, leader, and sales driver, collaborating closely with the Store Manager to provide exceptional customer service, meet sales targets, and lead a motivated, high-performing team. You are essential in bringing the brand's vision to life through coaching, managing key performance metrics, and overseeing store operations during managerial absences.
Key Responsibilities
- Set exemplary standards for customer interactions, service quality, and brand representation on the shop floor.
- Coach and motivate the team to meet and exceed both individual and store goals, enhancing skills in product knowledge, makeup application, customer engagement, and sales techniques.
- Support onboarding and continuous training to develop team capabilities while fostering a positive, inclusive culture aligned with company values.
- Serve as a trusted leader and escalation point when Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager are unavailable.
- Promote a customer-first approach that strengthens conversion rates, average transaction value (ATV), units per transaction (UPT), and customer loyalty through excellent selling and service.
- Monitor customer feedback attentively and resolve issues promptly to uphold retail excellence, product availability, and store standards.
- Assist in achieving store KPIs including sales growth, conversion, ATV, UPT, stock loss, and operational efficiency by analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate on action plans and prioritize initiatives that maximize commercial results and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure strict adherence to all company policies, procedures, and operational protocols including cash handling, stock control, health and safety, and loss prevention.
- Implement promotional and commercial activities efficiently in line with the retail calendar.
- Proactively identify and address operational challenges in partnership with management, while completing all mandatory training and development programs timely.
Candidate Profile
- Previous supervisory or senior sales experience in fast-paced retail settings, preferably within beauty, fashion, or lifestyle sectors.
- A confident and supportive leader who embraces coaching and development of others.
- Strong commercial insight with the ability to work effectively using KPIs and performance analytics.
- A genuine passion for beauty and makeup, committed to delivering superior customer experiences.
- Demonstrates proactive problem-solving skills, resilience, and adaptability.
- Availability to work flexible hours during peak trading periods, including weekends.
