Job Purpose

This role focuses on improving management reporting processes to enhance organizational efficiency. The Superintendent will collaborate closely with the business improvement team, cost accountants, and departmental teams to streamline reporting and provide accurate financial data critical for management decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the adoption and integration of Microsoft Power BI for business management reporting.
• Create, develop, and maintain customized Power BI dashboards and reports tailored to diverse stakeholders' and department needs.
• Engage with multiple departments to understand their reporting requirements and adapt Power BI reports accordingly.
• Train and offer ongoing support to departmental teams for effective use of Power BI tools.
• Work alongside cost accountants to incorporate cost data into Power BI reports ensuring precise cost presentation.
• Partner with the business improvement team to identify and implement process efficiencies.
• Ensure all reporting activities adhere to accounting standards and company policies.

Experience Requirements

• Proficient accounting and mathematical skills.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Experience handling and analyzing large databases.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional finance or accounting certifications like ZICA, ACCA, CA, CPA, or CIMA.
