About the Role

The Style Associate acts as the brand's ambassador within the retail environment, focusing on delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving sales, and ensuring seamless daily operations through dedication to customer needs, sales expertise, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand and identify customer preferences to recommend appropriate jewelry products.
• Effectively respond to customer inquiries and escalate complex issues when necessary.
• Possess strong knowledge of product categories, features, benefits, and competitive positioning.
• Communicate the value of products clearly to customers and support store in meeting sales targets.
• Stay informed about the latest collections and ongoing promotions.
• Adapt to different shift schedules and store requirements, including possible transfers within the cluster area.
• Maintain punctuality and willingness to undertake additional duties as required.
• Assist senior associates with processing deliveries, managing online orders, and packaging tasks.
• Contribute to stock replenishment and visual merchandising efforts.
• Ensure the store remains clean, presentable, and welcoming at all times.
• Support loss prevention by adhering to vigilance protocols.
• Follow all company policies, work processes, and store standard operating procedures.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues to maintain smooth store operations and foster team success.
• Handle customer concerns with sensitivity and sound judgment, upholding brand standards.

Candidate Requirements

• Education qualification: Graduate / Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) / Secondary School Certificate (SSC) with at least 2 years of retail experience.
• Age between 18 and 28 years.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fast learner with a positive and enthusiastic mindset.
• Well-groomed with excellent presentation standards.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and evenings.
