About the Role
Join Nathaniel School of Music as a Student Support and Operations Executive, working full-time onsite at our Bangalore studio from Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 5 PM. This role involves managing various operational and student support functions within a vibrant music education environment.
Key Duties
- Managing incoming calls and inquiries from both prospective and current students efficiently.
- Supporting admissions processes and assisting new students with onboarding procedures.
- Assisting students with access issues to portals and troubleshooting basic technical problems.
- Handling fee-related communications and managing GST invoice processes.
- Ensuring that student and operational records are well maintained and accurate.
- Coordinating workshops, classes, and various student activities to facilitate smooth execution.
- Collaborating with the team to maintain seamless daily operations across multiple functions.
Working Conditions
The position requires commitment from Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 5 PM, operating primarily onsite in our studio. The role is multifaceted, often requiring involvement in several areas, offering comprehensive learning opportunities. Applicants able to commit fewer days will have their workload and remuneration adjusted accordingly.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Preferably candidates pursuing or holding a master's degree (MBA, MCom, MA, MCA, MSc), though third-year undergraduates or those who have completed their third year are welcome to apply.
- Comfortable handling phone communications and familiar with using online tools effectively.
- No prior professional experience is necessary, making it ideal for fresh graduates or students.
