Role Overview

The Student Relationship Manager plays a pivotal role in engaging prospective and enrolled students by understanding their requirements, guiding them to appropriate programs, and addressing their queries efficiently. This position involves fostering enduring connections with students, parents, and academic collaborators to build trust and support long-term involvement.

Key Duties

• Provide counseling and guidance to students, ensuring their educational needs are met effectively.
• Establish and sustain strong relationships with students, their families, and academic partners to encourage sustained engagement.
• Guide prospective students through admissions and onboarding processes, facilitating the completion of necessary documentation and ensuring a seamless integration experience.
• Monitor student progress, collect and resolve feedback promptly, and implement retention strategies to enhance student satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with marketing, academic, and operations departments to incorporate student insights into continuous program improvements.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Outstanding communication skills in both spoken and written formats, complemented by active listening abilities.
• Previous experience in student counseling, educational sales, customer relations, or student support roles.
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills with a dedication to prioritizing student needs.
• Capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, proficiency in CRM software, and the capability to work effectively towards set targets.

Compensation

The position offers a monthly remuneration in the range of INR 20,000 to INR 31,000.
