About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and responsible Student Relationship Executive to enhance the post-admission experience for students at our Bhopal office. This full-time position involves building strong relationships with students, ensuring clear and timely communication, and coordinating course-related needs while resolving any student concerns efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain positive, professional relationships with students following their admission.
  • Serve as the main communication link between students, faculty members, and internal teams.
  • Disseminate timely information about class schedules, changes, announcements, and other educational updates to students.
  • Support the smooth conduct of online Zoom classes by facilitating communication between students and faculty.
  • Ensure prompt distribution of study materials including PDFs, recordings, tests, and other resources.
  • Attend to student queries, complaints, and discrepancies with patience and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with academic, content, operations, technical, and faculty teams to address student issues.
  • Take full ownership of student concerns from initiation through to resolution, following up as required.
  • Identify potential challenges proactively to prevent delays and dissatisfaction.
  • Manage multiple batches, students, and tasks concurrently, maintaining accuracy and timely completion.
  • Keep comprehensive records of all student communications, requests, feedback, and their resolution status.
  • Prioritize delivering excellent post-admission service to enhance overall student satisfaction.

Candidate Profile

  • Possess 0 to 3 years of experience in customer service, CRM, student support, BPO, operations, or a similar position; freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
  • Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills alongside effective problem-solving, coordination, and follow-up capabilities.
  • Highly organized, adept at multitasking and managing time efficiently.
  • Demonstrate proactiveness, reliability, adaptability, and attention to detail.
  • Exude patience and empathy while managing student concerns and complaints.
  • Show a strong sense of responsibility and commitment to handling time-sensitive duties.
  • Comfortable working collaboratively with students, faculty, and diverse internal teams.
  • Familiarity with CRM software, WhatsApp, email, chat support platforms, Zoom, and spreadsheets is beneficial.
  • Experience within EdTech, education, or student services will be an added advantage.

Work Schedule

This role follows working hours from 10 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Saturday, conducted at the office in Bhopal.
