About the Role
Abu Dhabi University is inviting applications for a proactive Student Recruiter within its Admissions, Enrollment & IRO department. This full-time position is essential for executing strategic recruitment efforts tailored to draw in and engage potential students effectively. The recruiter will report directly to the Associate Director for Admissions and Recruitment and focus primarily on boosting student interest and enrollment numbers.
Key Responsibilities
The incumbent will develop and implement customized recruitment initiatives designed to attract prospective students. Providing one-on-one support to applicants, the recruiter acts as a vital resource to help the university meet its objectives, including enrollment targets, increasing student diversity, and securing a strong pipeline of qualified candidates. The role relies heavily on establishing and nurturing strong relationships through outreach activities, ultimately supporting the university's academic community expansion and sustained excellence.
