Key Responsibilities

• Deliver tailored counseling to students regarding academic offerings, curricula, and fee structures.
• Engage potential students through lead follow-ups and inquiries to encourage enrollments.
• Present and explain course details and associated career paths via counseling sessions.
• Assist students throughout the complete admission journey, ensuring proper documentation is handled.
• Develop and maintain strong rapport with students and their families to facilitate a smooth onboarding process.
• Keep detailed records of all counseling interactions and follow-ups within the CRM platform.
• Work collaboratively with internal departments to achieve enrollment objectives and overall organizational goals.

Candidate Requirements

• Applicants must have a minimum of one year of prior experience.
