Student Counsellor

About the Role

We seek a proactive and results-driven Student Counsellor to join our Digital Marketing Institute located in Vapi, Gujarat. This role involves advising prospective students about digital marketing courses, managing enquiries, and driving admissions through persistent follow-ups and clear guidance.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide students on digital marketing course options, career pathways, curriculum details, and fee structures.
• Manage incoming inquiries, leads, and walk-in visitors effectively.
• Conduct outbound calls to follow up on interested prospects.
• Convert prospects into campus visits, enrollments, and confirmed registrations.
• Communicate the advantages of digital marketing expertise and career prospects to students and their parents.
• Maintain consistent follow-up through phone, WhatsApp, and other communication tools.
• Liaise with the marketing team to align on new leads and admission campaigns.
• Keep accurate daily records of inquiries, follow-ups, visits, and admissions.
• Meet monthly admission targets and support the institute's growth objectives.
• Foster positive relationships to ensure satisfactory counselling experiences for students and parents.

Candidate Profile

• At least 6 months experience in student counselling, educational sales, telecalling, or admissions counseling.
• Strong communication and persuasive skills.
• Competent in addressing student queries and converting leads into enrollments.
• Basic computer skills including MS Excel or Google Sheets.
• Comfortable making calls, managing walk-ins, and following up with potential students.
• Target-focused mindset with positivity and eagerness to learn.
• Preference for those with backgrounds in coaching institutes, skill development centers, or educational settings.
• Fluency in Hindi, Gujarati, and English languages.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly fixed salary in the range of ₹15,000 to ₹20,000, depending on experience and skill set.
