Job description
Job Responsibilities
- Execute the program for the class aligning with the centre's policies, guidelines, framework, and philosophy.
- Assist primary school students (grades 1 to 6) in completing their daily homework tasks.
- Maintain detailed records of each child’s progress and tailor support to meet their unique educational and developmental requirements.
- Prepare and maintain teaching materials, manage classroom arrangement, appearance, and create a conducive learning environment.
- Foster and sustain positive relationships with children and their parents.
- Lead enrichment activities and programs.
- Ensure the safety and timely transportation of students from school to the learning centre.
- Oversee the safety of children while on the premises.
- Perform any additional responsibilities as assigned by the Centre Director.
Job Requirements
- Capability to teach primary school subjects including English, Mathematics, Science, and Mandarin.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- Energetic, enthusiastic with a positive attitude towards learning and advancing alongside the company.
- Creative approach combined with a caring nature and optimistic mindset.
Additional Information
- On-the-job training will be provided.
- Both full-time and part-time roles are available.
