Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Civil Inspector to become part of our acclaimed team, based in the Madinah Region. This role involves ensuring construction quality aligns with contract documents and relevant standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to Inspection Requests submitted by contractors, taking necessary actions.
• Examine shop drawings in detail, comparing them with contract plans, specifications, applicable local laws, and international standards.
• Identify and report any deviations or non-compliant work to relevant parties for corrective measures.
• Oversee the quality and safety conditions on site, including health and environmental compliance, ensuring adherence to contractual and Quality Control Specifications (QCS).
• Keep precise daily records of on-site activities, including progress photographs, accessible for inspections.
• Draft surveillance reports documenting work deficiencies and prepare Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) when circumstances demand.
• Ensure seamless coordination between different construction disciplines at the site.
• Offer expert technical guidance to promptly resolve discipline-related challenges encountered on site.

Qualifications and Experience
