About the Role

Oges Solutions invites experienced Structural Design Engineers to join our Gurugram office, specializing in steel structural design for material handling and industrial projects within a reputed multinational corporation.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough structural analyses and execute detailed designs for steel and reinforced concrete structures.
• Compile design computations, comprehensive reports, and all pertinent engineering documentation.
• Create General Arrangement (GA) drawings and contribute technical insights for detailed fabrication drawings.
• Design core structural elements such as beams, columns, bracings, foundations, base plates, anchor bolts, and joint connections.
• Liaise with teams from Mechanical, Electrical, Process, and Project Engineering during project phases.
• Examine vendor drawings and fabrication documentation to ensure alignment with project specifications.
• Guarantee adherence to relevant codes, customer requirements, and stringent quality benchmarks.
• Streamline structural designs focusing on cost efficiency without sacrificing safety or quality.
• Engage actively in design evaluations, technical discussions, and client meetings as necessary.
• Provide support to site engineering teams by addressing structural design queries throughout fabrication and installation stages.
• Contribute to Bill of Quantity (BOQ) preparation, material estimates, and assist technical bid processes.
• Ensure engineering tasks are completed on schedule in line with project deadlines.

Compensation Details

Applicants should seek a salary increase not exceeding 20% above their current CTC; those expecting a larger increment may not be considered.

Eligibility

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech or B.E.).
