Job Overview

Key Responsibilities & Client Relationship Management

• Lead and secure multi-million-dollar engagements, demonstrating capability to independently close significant deals.
• Maintain and grow established relationships with high-tech clients across Saudi Arabia and the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region.
• Deliver exceptional client service excellence within complex stakeholder environments.

Expertise & Knowledge Areas

• Possess 12-15+ years of strategic and operational consulting experience at leading firms, with prior consulting background mandatory.
• Profound understanding of Technology Strategy and Advisory disciplines, including digital transformation, IT strategy, and enterprise architecture.
• Valuable experience and insight into telecommunications networks such as 5G, fiber optics, and core/RAN architecture.
• Proven ability to achieve tangible business impact across strategic, operational, and technological domains.

Leadership & Practice Development

• Manage multiple teams totaling 10+ consultants across various simultaneous projects.
• Drive business development initiatives, including leading proposals and creating thought leadership content.
• Exhibit strong coaching and mentoring skills to nurture high-performance teams.
• Apply intellectual rigor to develop unique frameworks and perspectives that set the firm apart in the market.

Regional and Cultural Alignment

• Fluent bilingual communication skills in Arabic and English, both written and spoken, are essential.
• Comprehensive understanding of Middle Eastern business culture and interface dynamics between government and commercial sectors.
• Well-established credibility and presence within the regional Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) ecosystem.

Essential Qualifications

• At least 13 years of consulting experience focused mainly on Communications and Media Technology sectors.
• Comfortable with executive-level strategic decision-making and adept at building financial or operational models, overseeing data analyses.
• Deep knowledge of industry trends and capability to identify value creation opportunities across one or more industries.
• Advanced analytical skills to unravel complexity quickly, with strong conceptual and innovative problem-solving skills.
• Keen interest and understanding of digital technologies and their business and societal impacts.
• Natural leadership qualities, fostering trust-based relationships and collaboration for insight generation.
• Resilient and motivated, with adaptability to overcome challenges and achieve goals confidently.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in operating model design, strategy development, digital transformation, beneficiary experience, impact evaluation, and monitoring.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Strong organizational and analytical competencies.
