Position Overview

This role seeks a skilled Strategy & Performance Management Specialist to join the Riyadh team, focusing on implementing the Cascade platform for digital strategy execution and performance management across client engagements in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have expertise blending strategic execution knowledge with practical experience handling business platforms and performance dashboards, fluent in both Arabic and English, with strong communication, presentation, analytical, and reporting skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with clients' Strategy Management Offices, Performance Management teams, and senior leaders during implementation efforts.
• Assist clients in transforming their strategic plans into structured, digital strategy and performance systems.
• Configure and deploy Cascade aligned with client-specific strategies, organizational structures, and performance criteria.
• Develop and arrange balanced scorecards including strategic goals, KPIs, targets, initiatives, and ensure organizational alignment through cascading.
• Assist in defining and implementing performance measurement and reporting needs.
• Support creation and configuration of management dashboards, reports, and performance insights.
• Participate in strategy execution and performance review meetings by analyzing data to identify performance gaps, trends, and focus areas for management.

Senior Role Growth Opportunities

• Lead strategy formulation and alignment workshops.
• Facilitate client workshops, demonstrations, training sessions, and user onboarding activities.
• Produce professional reports, presentations, analyses, and key project deliverables for leadership stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience

Candidates should possess 3 to 5 years of relevant experience ideally blending two core areas:

• Strategy & Performance Management: Experience with strategy planning, execution, performance measurement, balanced scorecards/KPI development, organizational alignment, strategic initiatives, performance reporting, and dashboard reviews.
• Business & Performance Platforms: Hands-on knowledge implementing or administering platforms related to strategy management, KPI tracking, business intelligence dashboards, project tracking, and BI tools such as Power BI. Familiarity with Cascade or similar platforms is highly advantageous.

Candidate Profile

• Native or fluent Arabic speaker with proficient English communication skills.
• Currently based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
• Academic background preferably in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Information Systems, or related disciplines.
• Excellent client engagement and communication capabilities.
• Strong analytical thinking and reporting abilities.
• Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Comfortable navigating digital business applications and platforms.
• Adept at engaging with both operational users and senior management stakeholders.
