Strategy Director

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Strategy Director to lead critical initiatives within the Corporate & Institutional Banking (CIB) sector. This role involves partnering with senior leaders, driving strategic projects, and fostering innovation through emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage priority projects that tackle a variety of complex challenges across CIB.
• Act as a trusted advisor and collaborative partner to senior CIB leaders and global strategy teams.
• Continuously monitor industry trends and generate insights to identify opportunities for learning and disruption.
• Create and present executive-level strategy presentations, detailed analyses, and roadmaps aligned with organizational goals.
• Oversee major deliverables, ensuring their completion is timely and meets high-quality standards.
• Mentor and coach project teams and junior managers to enhance strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Leverage advanced knowledge of financial services innovation and emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence/Large Language Models (AI/LLM), Machine Learning (ML), and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to envision the future direction of CIB.
• Support leadership and development of junior members within the CIB Strategy team, emphasizing skillsets that prepare for future industry demands.
