About the Role
We are seeking an experienced professional to join a prominent investment organization in Abu Dhabi as a Strategy & Asset Allocation Associate. This role is designed for candidates with a background in management consulting at leading firms or investment professionals from sovereign wealth funds, pension funds, or large institutional investors. The successful candidate will provide essential support to senior leadership in strategic planning, asset allocation, and investment governance across diverse multi-asset portfolios.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in strategic planning and asset allocation for multi-asset investment portfolios.
- Track portfolio exposures, manage capital allocation, and oversee rebalancing operations.
- Collaborate with investment teams to assess portfolio performance, risk, and liquidity.
- Support governance of investments, contribute to strategic consulting initiatives, and prepare reports for senior leadership.
Candidate Requirements
- A minimum of four years of experience in Strategy Consulting, Investment Strategy, or Asset Management.
- Proven experience advising Sovereign Wealth Funds or major institutional investors, particularly on asset allocation strategies.
- Strong skills in analytics, financial modeling, and stakeholder engagement.
- Practical exposure to portfolio strategy, investment planning, or asset allocation processes.
- Current residency in the UAE with relevant experience and willingness to relocate to Abu Dhabi.
