Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Strategic Partner Manager to oversee major partnerships and their events spanning diverse verticals such as exhibitions, music festivals, immersive experiences, renowned attractions, and sports. The role demands managing full lifecycle projects, fostering strategic relationships, driving partner growth through data-based strategies, and coordinating with multiple internal teams to ensure flawless execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead management of Fever’s largest partners and their projects across multiple entertainment sectors, ensuring sustained strong relationships and consistent growth in performance.
- Coordinate comprehensive management of each partner event/project by collaborating with sales, marketing, operations, legal, and finance teams to guarantee timely and efficient delivery while monitoring progress.
- Build deep, strategic partnerships by understanding unique partner objectives, acting as a reliable consultant, and leveraging Fever’s expertise to fulfill their goals; anticipate and proactively address challenges.
- Define and track key performance indicators, implementing data-centric strategies to foster continuous improvement and prepare detailed reports highlighting successes and improvement areas.
- Collect and analyze partner feedback on Fever’s offerings, translating insights into actionable suggestions for product, marketing, and operational enhancements.
- Evolve into a leadership role by mentoring and supporting Project Managers within your team, fostering collaboration, training, and professional development for effective partnership management.
- Acquire comprehensive knowledge of Fever’s internal teams and operational processes.
Candidate Profile
- Possess at least 6 years of experience in project management or management consulting.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
- Demonstrate excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities, with proven success in building positive professional relationships.
- Highly analytical, organized, and solutions-focused with the capacity to manage multiple concurrent projects efficiently.
- Curious and driven to innovate and explore new concepts.
- Committed to delivering excellence both independently and within a team.
- Capable of strategic thinking especially in resolving partnership challenges and leveraging proprietary data.
- Collaborative work ethic with readiness to engage hands-on.
- MBA qualification is highly valued.
