Role Overview

We are seeking a Strategic Adviser to collaborate with senior leadership on priority strategic issues. This position requires a blend of executive insight and practical analysis, moving seamlessly between defining problems and executing tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic initiatives assigned by senior management.
• Develop analyses and strategic recommendations for boards, investors, and executives.
• Conduct discovery and structured problem-solving on unclear and complex challenges.
• Manage cross-department projects cutting across the organization.
• Create executive-level communications, presentations, and briefing documents.
• Offer advice on market positioning, competitive dynamics, and significant strategic decisions.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum six years of experience in management consulting, strategic roles, or leadership positions.
• Proven success in organizing and delivering intricate strategic projects.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a polished executive presence.
• Advanced analytical capabilities comfortable with ambiguous scenarios.
• Experience collaborating directly with C-suite executives.
• Advanced degrees such as an MBA are preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive salary range of $115,000 to $180,000 USD (equivalent), commensurate with experience and location.
