STP Operator

About the Role

Assotech Group is seeking a skilled STP Operator to manage operations at their residential real estate project located in Ranchi, Jharkhand. The position demands 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in sewage treatment plant operations.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate and supervise the sewage treatment plant and associated machinery.
• Manage pumps, blowers, motors, and chemical dosing systems effectively.
• Maintain comprehensive daily logs and operational documentation.
• Oversee chemical dosing processes and water treatment procedures.
• Detect operational issues promptly and liaise with maintenance teams for timely repairs.
• Ensure the STP facility is clean and adheres to safety protocols.
• Maintain treated water quality to meet required standards.

Candidate Profile and Qualifications

• Educational background in ITI or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or relevant technical disciplines.
• Familiarity with STP operations, wastewater treatment processes, and basic troubleshooting skills.
• Strong ability to monitor equipment and maintain thorough reports.
• Experience in residential real estate projects preferred but not mandatory.
