Warren Trading Pty Ltd is a well-established, locally owned business based in Warren, NSW. We are seeking a dependable, motivated, and hardworking Storeperson to join our team at our bottle shop. This job is a practical, hands-on role focused on receiving and organising stock, maintaining the warehouse, restocking the shop floor, and supporting daily store operations. We want someone who enjoys physical duties, is highly organised, and takes pride in maintaining stock and workplace order.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming deliveries and stock.
• Unload and safely relocate cartons and pallets within the warehouse.
• Systematically organise and store stock in the warehouse areas.
• Pick and prepare stock for shop floor replenishment and customer orders.
• Restock and maintain attractive and well-organised product displays on the shop floor.
• Participate in stocktaking and inventory control activities.
• Verify product counts and types against delivery paperwork.
• Provide assistance to customers and colleagues when needed.
• Ensure the warehouse and store are kept clean, organised, and safe.
• Support loading and unloading of deliveries as required.
• Adhere to workplace health and safety standards.
• Collaborate closely with store staff to ensure smooth daily operations.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience in warehousing, storeperson duties, retail, or similar positions.
• Strong dedication and a positive, proactive attitude towards work.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage time effectively.
• Capability to work independently and cooperatively within a team.
• Attention to detail in stock handling and receiving processes.
• Dependable and punctual with consistent work habits.
• Effective communication and customer service abilities.
• Physical capability to safely lift, carry, and move cartons and pallets.
• Willingness to learn new tasks and adapt as the role demands.
• A current forklift license is beneficial but not mandatory.
