About the Role
Join our dynamic Distribution Centre team in Mackay, QLD as a Storeperson where safety, organization, and productivity are essential. This full-time Monday to Friday position demands a physically fit individual with a positive outlook, committed to working safely and meeting key performance indicators (KPIs). Comprehensive training will be provided to support your success.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately and promptly pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch.
- Maintain productivity levels aligned with KPIs.
- Keep administrative records and inventory systems updated and compliant with standards.
- Efficiently operate RF scanning devices to support warehouse processes.
Candidate Profile
- Prior experience in warehousing tasks such as picking, packing, or dispatching goods.
- Strong communication abilities combined with a diligent work ethic and a positive, proactive mindset.
- Ability to work independently while being an effective team member.
- Possession of a Light Freight (LF) license or equivalent experience is mandatory.
- A customer-oriented approach and a cooperative attitude within team settings.
