Role Overview

This casual warehouse Storeperson position at the DKSH Beauty & Wellness Distribution Centre in Mangere plays a vital role in ensuring smooth warehouse operations. Responsibilities include accurate receipt, storage, picking, and dispatching of stock, directly influencing customer satisfaction throughout New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently receiving, processing, and storing incoming stock with precision
• Picking, packing, and dispatching orders to meet required quality standards consistently
• Carefully managing fragile and high-value merchandise to maintain product integrity
• Maintaining accurate stock counts, locations, labels, and tags within the warehouse
• Identifying and reporting any inconsistencies such as damaged goods, incorrect placements, or picking errors
• Ensuring the workplace remains clean, safe, and organized
• Collaborating closely with team members and supervisors to achieve operational excellence
• Performing administrative and coordination duties as necessary

Candidate Profile

• Must possess valid Forklift Operation Certification
• A minimum of two years' experience working in a warehouse environment
• Comfortable using inventory management or logistics software
• Physically fit with the ability to carry out manual handling tasks effectively
• Strong organizational skills paired with effective time management in a fast-paced setting
• Committed to teamwork with clear and amicable communication
• Adopts a practical and resourceful approach to problem-solving during daily operations
