Responsibilities
- Manage and organize daily operations of OLYMP stores.
- Proactively lead sales processes to maximize performance.
- Provide expert customer consultation ensuring exceptional service quality.
- Lead and motivate staff, organize work schedules effectively.
- Maintain high standards in product presentation collaborating with visual merchandising and inventory support teams.
- Oversee merchandise management and inventory control.
- Implement and coordinate omnichannel retail procedures.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a leadership role within retail or service sectors.
- Strong sales focus and dedication to customer service excellence.
- Excellent teamwork, communication skills, and enthusiasm.
