Key Responsibilities

• Act as the welcoming face and leader of your store, bringing SportScheck's vision of sports experience to life locally.
• Lead recruitment, oversee, develop, and motivate your team to continually impress customers.
• Manage operations concerning inventory handling, visual merchandising, and sales to ensure smooth processes and a compelling store presentation.
• Ensure customers feel welcomed in inspiring, well-organized stores with attractive product displays.
• Oversee store performance through economic metrics and implement targeted measures accordingly.
• Drive the sustainable advancement of the store including efficient cost management.

Candidate Profile

• You breathe retail with a strong service culture and genuine hospitality, actively embodying this in your store.
• Have at least three years of leadership experience in a comparable role.
• Possess education in business administration or an equivalent qualification related to retail or the sports industry.
• Exhibit entrepreneurial thinking, take responsibility personally, and consistently seek local improvements.
• Bring analytical skills, confident communication, and assertiveness to your position.
• Are passionate about multi-channel retail, stay informed about online and offline trends and market benchmarks.
• Your enthusiasm for sports motivates not only yourself but also your team.
