About the Role
As a Store Team Member at Woolworths Group, you will be the welcoming face of the store, delivering our signature friendly customer service daily. You will engage in various store duties such as restocking shelves, presenting fresh produce attractively, preparing orders for online shoppers, and providing a warm farewell as customers leave.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and thank customers for choosing Woolworths.
- Adhere to all safety policies and report any potential hazards to maintain a secure environment for everyone.
- Assist customers by answering their inquiries or guiding them to their desired products during their shopping experience.
- Keep store shelves well-stocked and orderly to facilitate a smooth shopping journey.
- Efficiently pick and pack items for customers ordering online.

Work Schedule: Monday to Sunday, 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
