Established in 1982, APM Monaco is a contemporary fashion jewelry brand inspired by the chic lifestyle of Monaco and the South of France. We seek a motivated and committed individual to join our Singapore boutique, focusing on delivering exceptional client service and strengthening customer relations to enhance the APM brand.

Job Responsibilities and Expectations

• Oversee store operations and ensure visual merchandising aligns with company standards independently.
• Support the Store-in-Charge in sales management, operational oversight, KPI assessment, staff scheduling, CRM activities, and team leadership.
• Coach and encourage Senior Sales Associates and Sales Associates to achieve their best performance.

Candidate Requirements

• Strong passion for APM Monaco and its products.
• At least 4-5 years of experience in luxury or fashion retail, including a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role.
• Proven track record of excellent sales results and customer relationship management.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are advantageous.
• Friendly, approachable, customer-focused personality with a proactive and collaborative work ethic.
