Role Overview
We are seeking a Store Supervisor (3IC) to join our expanding team in Brisbane, Queensland. This full-time, onsite role offers a competitive base salary of around $64,000 (negotiable based on experience) plus superannuation. It is an excellent opportunity to advance in retail leadership with exposure to team management, store operations, and sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations.
- Lead shifts, ensuring store standards are consistently maintained.
- Manage store opening and closing procedures when required.
- Provide coaching and feedback to team members on the sales floor.
- Support onboarding, training, and ongoing development of staff.
- Promote a positive, dynamic team culture.
Candidate Profile
- Previous experience as a retail Supervisor, Key Holder, or Senior Team Member.
- A strong passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.
- Effective communication and coaching skills.
- Ability to lead in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Highly organized, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
Working Hours and Availability
- Permanent full-time position averaging 38 hours per week.
- Flexible availability across all seven days, including weekends, public holidays, and late-night trading.
- Typical rosters include two consecutive days off per week to support work-life balance.
- Flexibility during peak trading seasons, especially November to January, is essential.
