Role Overview
Become a key member of one of the UK's prominent hospitality groups as a Store Person. This back-of-house position involves managing and inspecting incoming deliveries to guarantee their quality, quantity, proper temperature, and freshness. You will also ensure all stock is stored correctly following food safety and hygiene regulations, including maintaining separation in shared storage environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Examine all deliveries to confirm correct quantity, quality, expiry dates, and temperature compliance.
- Promptly organize and store deliveries following food hygiene and safety policies.
- Adhere strictly to stock management guidelines, especially in shared storage settings to keep units' stock distinct.
Working Hours
Shift patterns can start as early as 3 AM, especially in airport locations, with the benefit of finishing early.
