Role Responsibilities
- Adhere to all stock counting policies, procedures, and standard operating guidelines to ensure consistency and control in task execution.
- Carry out operational tasks under supervision and escalate complex issues to appropriate personnel to ensure resolution in a timely manner.
- Accurately scan every item during stock counting processes.
- Report any concerns during stock counts to supervisors that may affect count accuracy.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to complete stock scan processes.
- Double-check scanned items to confirm accuracy before completion.
- Manage the collection and inventory of scanning devices and related accessories prior to leaving store premises.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a stockroom operative within retail environments, preferably in fashion.
