Gabru Di Chaap is an expanding premium vegetarian food brand focused on chaap and dishes inspired by Punjabi cuisine. We are seeking a seasoned and accountable Store Manager to oversee daily store functions and lead our outlet team effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operational activities of the store.
• Lead, train, and supervise the store staff team.
• Maintain excellent customer service and ensure seamless order execution.
• Track sales, expenditures, stock levels, and minimize wastage.
• Uphold high standards of food quality, hygiene, and store cleanliness.
• Ensure adherence to company standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Address and resolve customer complaints professionally.
• Collaborate with management on store-related requirements.
• Manage staff attendance, performance monitoring, and shift scheduling.
• Drive store sales and meet predetermined targets.
• Follow correct procedures for opening and closing the store.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience managing operations within restaurants, quick service restaurants (QSR), or food and beverage sectors.
• Strong capability in team leadership and communication.
• Effective skills in managing customer interactions.
• Ability to handle store operations autonomously daily.
• Basic familiarity with inventory control, billing processes, and restaurant management.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts as required.
• Positive mindset with strong problem-solving aptitude.

Compensation and Location

The position offers a salary range of ₹23,000 to ₹25,000 per month. The role is full-time based at Gabru Di Chaap outlets in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
