About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Store Manager for McCabes Pharmacy located in Ridgewood SC, Swords. This is a permanent, full-time position where you will be central to both your team and community, leading store operations with a focus on customer care and commercial success.

Key Responsibilities
- Driving sales performance and managing the store's payroll budget to optimise profitability.
- Identifying new market opportunities to promote business growth.
- Leading the team by defining roles, responsibilities, and expectations clearly to ensure operational efficiency and accountability.
- Providing exceptional customer service with professionalism and empathy.
- Building a positive team culture focused on trust, communication, and mutual respect.
- Ensuring strict adherence to HR policies and fair application of people practices.
- Supporting employee development through mentoring, delegation, and continuous feedback.
Essential Requirements
- At least 12 months experience in a management role.
