About the Role

Join Panda Express, a leader in the restaurant industry, as a Store Manager. This role involves managing all aspects of a single store's operation including hiring, directing associates, achieving financial goals, and delivering outstanding guest experiences. External hires begin their leadership pathway here with the opportunity to advance to General Manager after completing comprehensive training and certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations ensuring financial and service excellence.
• Recruit, manage, and guide store associates effectively.
• Complete 12+ weeks of leadership training and achieve GM certification (GO100) to prepare for future advancement.

Requirements

• High school diploma is mandatory.
• Ability to relocate within 50 miles of residence if necessary.
• Availability to work flexible shifts including openings, closings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Certified in Food Safety through Serve Safe.
• Capability to endure typical kitchen conditions such as heat, steam, standing long hours, lifting up to 50 lbs, working in fast-paced environment, and operating kitchen equipment safely.
