Store Manager

Position Overview

As a Store Manager at Spencer's, you will be responsible for establishing and sustaining exceptional Guest Services while managing all facets of store operations to maximize sales and profitability. This role encompasses overseeing expense control, shrinkage, human resources, merchandising, and inventory management all aligned with company policies and procedures.

Compensation and Benefits

The hourly wage offered ranges from $24.60 to $24.85 per hour, based on your qualifications and prior experience. Job Requirements and Physical Demands

• Minimum age requirement is 21 years.
• Prior experience in retail management is mandatory.
