Role & Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager with daily store operations ensuring smooth workflow and compliance with company policies.
• Maintain cleanliness of the store along with visual merchandising and consistent brand presentation.
• Manage inventory monitoring and coordinate timely stock replenishment activities.
• Drive and support sales targets and key performance indicators, implementing sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
• Analyze sales data on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to identify areas for improvement in productivity and customer conversion.
• Provide outstanding customer service, handling grievances and escalations adeptly to foster strong customer retention.
• Assist in supervising staff, conducting performance reviews, and supporting onboarding and training of new employees.
• Encourage a productive and positive workplace atmosphere.
• Be prepared to operate in any of the specified locations including Delhi, Pune, Mumbai, Kolkata, Goa, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, and Ahmedabad.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• A minimum of five years’ experience in retail or store operations.
• Demonstrated strong focus on sales and excellent customer service capabilities.
• Proven experience in managing teams and overseeing performance.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Capability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced retail environment.
• Flexibility to work across any of the listed cities.
