Role Overview
As the Store Manager of Dulux Trade Centre in Newstead, Queensland, you will hold complete responsibility for the store's operations. Leading by example with a positive and proactive leadership style, you will guide a dedicated, close-knit team to elevate sales, promote our extensive paint and product ranges, and achieve strong sales outcomes.

Key Requirements
- Proven experience in leading and managing retail teams effectively
- Capability to improve store performance through coaching, staff engagement, and empowerment
- Experience handling store budgets, key performance indicators, and inventory management
- A strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication abilities
- A proactive mindset prioritizing health and safety in the workplace
