About the Role

We are seeking a Store Manager to oversee daily store functions in Bengaluru. The role involves comprehensive responsibility for store operations, sales growth, inventory control, team leadership, customer service excellence, merchandising standards, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all store operations efficiently.
• Drive sales performance and implement effective sales planning.
• Manage inventory to maintain optimal stock levels and reduce shrinkage.
• Provide coaching and development to the store team to improve productivity and service quality.
• Ensure that visual merchandising aligns with brand guidelines to attract and engage customers.
• Maintain adherence to company policies and legal requirements contributing to smooth store functioning.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a graduate degree in any discipline.
• Demonstrated leadership experience within retail environments.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members and customers.

Additional Information

This position is based in Bengaluru and entails working onsite to lead the store operations.
