Role Overview

The Store Manager is pivotal in driving both operational success and team achievement at our Tuggeranong location. This role involves leading store operations, enhancing customer experiences, managing compliance, overseeing financial performance, and fostering a positive workplace aligned with Target's strategic goals. The Store Manager balances immediate responsibilities with long-term store development and team growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coach large teams in a high-volume retail environment to achieve business objectives.
• Manage change effectively by promoting team development and clear communication to sustain a positive work culture.
• Apply strong commercial judgement through financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning to meet financial targets and KPIs.
• Develop strong relationships at various organizational levels, managing expectations and collaborating as an effective team player.
• Lead workplace safety initiatives, including hazard reporting and ensuring a secure environment.
• Plan and prioritize tasks efficiently while maintaining high productivity and operational standards.
• Maintain operational excellence across inventory management, staff scheduling, compliance adherence, store processes, and safety regulations.
