Role Overview

This full-time, on-site role located in Palwal entails managing day-to-day store functions such as inventory management, processing orders, and liaising with logistics and delivery teams. The Store Manager will be responsible for monitoring store metrics, ensuring accurate record-keeping, maintaining sufficient stock, and applying strategies to prevent retail loss. Leadership duties include training and supervising store staff, creating shift schedules, and fostering a workplace culture focused on safety, compliance, and excellent customer service. The role also entails working collaboratively with multiple departments, generating regular performance analyses, and executing operational enhancements to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong skills in customer engagement and satisfaction delivery.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Operational management expertise including store oversight and inventory control.
• Knowledge of risk mitigation and retail loss prevention along with adherence to safety protocols.
• Background in retail, warehousing, or logistics operations, with preference given to supervisory or managerial experience.
• Capability to lead teams effectively, manage working shifts, and operate under fast-paced conditions with meticulous attention to detail.
• Familiarity with digital tools and inventory or store management software.
• At minimum, a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical proficiency in operations, business, or a relevant domain.
