Store Manager - Spencer's

Overview

The Store Manager at Spencer's is responsible for directing the daily operations of the store, focusing on exceptional guest service and achieving optimal sales and profitability. This role requires managing expenses, controlling shrinkage, overseeing human resources, and handling all facets of merchandising and inventory following company policies.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers an hourly wage between $24.85 and $25.10, depending on qualifications and experience. Benefits include company-paid sick leave, paid vacation and holidays, bereavement pay, jury duty pay, monthly sales bonuses, annual shrink bonuses, champions club bonuses, contest prizes, medical/dental/vision plans, an employee assistance program, a 30% merchandise discount, and college scholarship awards. All bonuses and benefits are subject to eligibility.

Requirements

• The minimum age to qualify is 21 years.
• Applicants must have prior experience in retail management.
• The job’s physical demands include more than eight hours of standing and walking daily, climbing ladders, and lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds.
