Position Overview

The Store Manager at Spencer's holds the key responsibility of managing and delivering excellent Guest Services. This role requires complete oversight and accountability for store operations to maximize sales and profitability. Key areas of focus include expense control, shrinkage management, human resources, merchandising, and inventory control, all while adhering strictly to Company policies and procedures.

Compensation and Benefits

The hourly wage for this role ranges from $22.16 to $22.41, dependent on the candidate's qualifications and experience.
