Position Overview

The Store Manager at Spencer's plays a vital role in delivering exceptional Guest Services and is fully responsible for overseeing store operations. This includes maximizing sales and profitability by managing expenses, controlling shrinkage, handling human resources functions, and supervising merchandising and inventory management, all while complying with company policies.

Compensation and Benefits

The hourly wage ranges from $22.00 to $22.25, determined by qualifications and experience.
