Position Overview

The Store Manager at Spencer's is charged with delivering exceptional Guest Services while managing all store operations for optimal sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction. This role entails managing expenses, minimizing shrinkage, overseeing human resource functions, handling merchandising, and maintaining effective inventory control following company guidelines.

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly wage ranges between $18.98 and $19.23, based on qualifications and experience.
